The inner protective layer can easily be removed and the outer can be machine washed, which helps to keep this body protector fresh and odour free. Despite the high specification of this body protector, the XTRA·LITE weighs in at only 2lbs so it won’t restrict movement when in the saddle.

TSR THE TRAINING SYSTEM The John Whitaker Training System helps to develop neck and back muscles, improving your horses strength and muscle tone. Lunging with the Training system helps your horse to find rhythm and balance. It will also help them to shift the weight from the forehand by engaging its hindquarters to find the correct balance. As with all training, it is better to begin slowly and build up gradually. All horses, regardless of muscle tone, should not progress to trot or canter without first mastering the walk. We also recommend that no horse spends more than 20 minutes in the system, and no more than 3/4 times a week. Gradually building up your horses working time in the training system will ensure they will not become stiff or sore. Although the included roller is designed to be adjustable, it might be too large for smaller ponies. If this is the case you can still use the system with a smaller roller (purchased separately). We have saddle fitters located across the country and we can arrange a saddle consultation for you. If you fall between sizes, we offer a bespoke resizing service which will adjust your Nylon tree by up to 2cm.

Our Saddles come with a two year guarantee against leather defects and a lifetime tree guarantee.
