Most Americans who own a home, a car, or another titled/deeded asset can benefit from a trust. Anyone who wishes to help protect or control their assets during life and after death can benefit from a trust. But what kind of trust does one need? What are the tax implications of a trust? Can someone change their trust after it is created? Can someone else change my trust after I die? People are full of questions surrounding this area of estate planning, and much of the beliefs and information readily available is simply not true. This course will teach you the basics of trusts, such as what a trust is, how it works, the benefits of trusts, and the major types of trusts. The instructor for this course is an experienced attorney who will answer your questions and help you better understand these estate planning tools. 10/26

Optimal Outcomes - Free Yourself from Conflict at Work, at Home and in Life
Where can you turn when your attempts to resolve conflict fail? Most approaches emphasize collaboration. You are supposed to sit down, calmly talk through your differences and find a solution. But what if nothing seems to work, no matter what you do? When situations resist resolution, the Optimal Outcomes Method teaches us conflict freedom. Based on the book by Jennifer Goldman-Wetzler, Ph.D., this session explores eight groundbreaking practices proven to help people everywhere free themselves from conflict. Applying the practices, you’ll reach your Optimal Outcome—which may be vastly different from what you originally imagined but more satisfying than you ever dreamed possible. 8/11

Innovative leadership weaves together traditional leadership processes with principles of innovative thinking to help shift our understanding of situations and open the door for new approaches and solutions. This session will explore six innovative thinking skills and how leaders need to apply them to create innovative responses to change and challenges in teams, departments and organizations. 8/25
