CATERING GUIDELINES
EVENT SCHEDULING All events and reservations should be scheduled as early as possible to allow us to best serve you. ATTENDANCE GUARANTEE Catering events require a guaranteed number of attendees be submitted 3 days prior to your event so that we may plan and order accordingly. Additional charges will be incurred if the guarantee number changes or for late guarantees. There is a minimum of 25 guests for a catered meal setup. Themed buffetts require a minimum of 50 people. LEFTOVER FOOD Due to Health Department regulations and your safety, food may not be removed from the premises. CANCELLATIONS In the event you have to cancel your event, charges will result for items prepared or purchased for the event. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Floral arrangements, centerpieces, linens, table skirts and decorations are available for additional charge. BEVERAGES Bottled beverages will be charged according to consumption. Other items will be ordered based on your request. CUSTOMIZED MENU Additional menu items may be available upon request. CONTRACT Each guest will be sent a contract for the agreed services.
