Article XII Reduction in Force

A. When the Board of Education deems it necessary to reduce the number of teachers in the

District because of reasons such as but not limited to declining enrollments, inadequate finances, the elimination of programs, or consolidation, Reduction in Force will be in accordance with Section 24-12 of the Illinois School Code, as amended.
