ARTICLE XVII - EXTRA DUTY POSITION AND EXTENDED CONTRACTS

A. Teachers will be compensated for extra duties, professional and/or supervisory, beyond the regular school day. Assigned extra duties will be compensated at an hourly rate of $33.00 for the 2020-2021 school year.

B. Efforts will be made to seek volunteers District-wide to fill extra duty assignments. When volunteers are not available the administration will appoint personnel as necessary.

C. Teachers will receive consideration for summer employment including, but not limited to custodial and/or clerical work. These people will be paid at the prevailing rate for said jobs.

D. Compensation paid to teachers so employed will be as listed in Appendix C.
