When you were elected as mayor, what areas of governance did you feel needed to be addressed that may not have been emphasized in the past?

Several school board seats will be open this past mistakes and it seems synergy is one element that gets neglected, but plays such a major role in creating a strong support system in healthy communities. What has been your philosophy or approach to building a community supportive of the business community, public safety, non-
