PARENT INFORMATION GUIDE

PEAK IS AN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 6-8 PEAK provides opportunities to help young people grow and develop personally, physically and mentally through homework help, physical activities and community service.

WHY CHOOSE PEAK?

PEAK strives to Promote Enrichment, Adventure and Knowledge through daily experiences in Service, Learning and Exploring opportunities within a safe environment.

A DAY AT PEAK

PEAK is currently held at East Middle School. West Middle School students can ride bus #4 immediately after school to PEAK. This program is guided by student voice and choice. Every day can bring new enrichment experiences and adventures with the ability of local travel with the Brownsburg Parks Activity Bus. The following is an example of a daily PEAK program day.

*For students in school-sponsored clubs, sports and fine arts programs that will not attend the PEAK program until after 3:45 PM. These students will be picked up on the Brownsburg Parks Activity Bus by the PEAK Site Manager.

1. Click the "register" button to sign up or log in. 2. Find PEAK under the Activities tab on the top of the page.

3. Select the days needed.

NOTE: A 10-visit pass can be found under the "Passes" tab.

4. Register and pay. Payment plans and auto-pay available. 5. You will be sent an email from ePact to complete child's health history information. This must be completed prior to your child starting.

EXTENDED BREAKS

Extended Breaks require a separate registration from regular PEAK program to participate. Scholarships and PEAK visit passes do not apply to Extended Breaks. LOCATION: Lincoln Elementary School
