After a long break, this year our Waianae High School JV Baseball team set out on a mission. It was to win the 2022 JV Baseball D2 Champs.
Their first game was on 12/29 at Radford High School where they won their first game. Each Wednesday and Saturday they excelled. They won every game except their one loss against Waipahu. Ending their season record 11 wins 1 loss. Teams they played were Waipahu, Radford, Kaimuki, Waialua, and Nanakuli. Their last game, The Championship game was with no other than Waipahu High School, the team that they had lost to. The team played hard and when it was set and done, Waianae won 7-3 becoming the JV D2 Baseball Champions. This team set out on a mission and achieved their goal. Congratulations to this years JV Baseball Champs. Hard work paid off. We are so proud of you.
