Creating spaces for what people need In creating places, we have the opportunity to meet the needs of the people who will occupy them. Craftsmanship at its finest Creating great custom products and customer experiences begins with understanding and caring about people. We do this by working closely with your team.

Crafting a simple product may be harder than a complex one. When you can find the root of what someone is looking for in a given setting, it clarifies the problem you’re trying to solve and results in a straight forward, intuitive solution. In this way, clarity helps us do more, by focusing on the details that really matter for people.

Due to our hard work and craftsmanship, we have supplied several hundred thousand guestrooms throughout the last 35 years. We have developed a business model which gives us the manufacturing and support capabilities to address large, multifaceted projects with challenging budget requirements, as well as the flexibility to offer custom furniture packages for small independent hotel properties. We have been fortunate to be involved with some of the most renowned hotels in the world. By working with elite design firms and purchasing agents, we create furniture which reflects the unique ambiance of each property. We meet their exact specifications, and we have developed the expertise and capability to respond to the individual requirements in today’s highly competitive marketplace.

02. The Laylow Waikiki Wave, Autograph Collection, Honolulu, HI

Portland design firm OMFGCO, in collaboration with San Francisco’s Randolph Designs, created guestrooms at The Laylow in Waikiki. Here, mid-century modern meets present day Hawaiian charm. OMFGCO created a system of modular elements that float above the floor, suspended by steel supports that can be arranged in multiple configurations, specific to the context of each room. The teak veneer casework, shelving, and desk are complemented by custom designed brass drawer pulls. The privacy screens and refrigerator cabinet door faces are clad in lauhala matting, a woven straw material from the Philippines, adding a dash of organic island charm.
