Encouraging kindness, beauty and compassion gives hope, showing the strength of our community to everyone affected by cancer, including patients and their loved ones. This guide shows ways you can directly help those receiving care at the April Sampson Cancer Center. You can help in many ways, such as patient support, survivorship programs and creating healing indoor or outdoor spaces.

Ways to Give: Hosting a Fundraiser
Interested in coordinating an effort benefitting the April Sampson Cancer Center?
Reach out to the Bryan Foundation to begin the planning process. In previous years, supporters have done both small and large scale events like walks/ runs, sales, gatherings, change round-ups and more.

Ways to Give: Cancer Survivors Day
Each June, the Bryan Foundation decorates a tree at the April Sampson Cancer Center, Bryan East Campus and Bryan West Campus with ribbons donning a survivor’s name.
These commemorative ribbons will be displayed throughout June to provide hope to everyone who sees them. All proceeds benefit survivorship support groups and programs at the cancer center.

This special award not only celebrates outstanding care, but also allows individuals to make a gift in a care partner’s honor.

Honor a loved one and their cancer journey with a tribute gift in their name. The Bryan Foundation can help provide acknowledgements and coordinate the family’s designation request.

Create resources for support groups, education and other non-medical items for patients and their caregivers.

Provide aid to patients facing obstacles to care such as transportation, medical equipment, or other needs corresponding to their care.
