Academic Honesty

We believe that your voices need to be heard, and that students should take the lead in making changes and developing new initiatives. Every year there are opportunities to be involved.

Student Ambassadors

We understand that the best advocates for our school are those who make up its community and students in all year groups are invited to join the Student Ambassador team. This team supports the events in school, speaking with parents and visitors, giving tours and being active leaders in whole school projects.

Class representatives

Students in all year groups are also encouraged to participate in school council. These meetings are run by our Student Leaders and create opportunities to raise concerns and share ideas for change. Recent successes have included developing better drinking water facilities, resourcing more activities at lunch time and integrating new equipment in the school.

Student Leaders

Our team comprises:

● Student Leaders – Years 7-11 ● Student Leaders – Sixth Form ● Student Leaders – House Leaders ● Student Leaders – Communication ● Student Leaders – Eco and sustainability

Leading by Example

Every day across the school, students will exemplify the traits we want to nurture, and we seek to reward these actions through a special prize, ‘Leading by Example’. The students who are selected may not be in specific leadership positions but they enrich the life of our community and act as excellent role models.
