On this legendary collection's 30th birthday, four titanium creations are giving it new life. Code name: Piaget Polo FortyFive. For the Piaget Polo line's 30th birthday, the Piaget fine watch manufacture is reinterpreting this collection in an assertively modern style. Piaget unveils four new watches that are sporty and contemporary in
spirit and equipped with the manufacture's own 800P and 880P movements - a perfect illustration of the tenet that remembering the past helps write the future. The Piaget Polo FortyFive models are made of titanium, a first for the brand. They reinterpret the original aesthetic in a case that is watertight to 100 metres, extended by a strap made of injection moulded rubber, and expanded to a diameter of 45 mm - a size both in tune with our times and reminiscent of the average length of a polo match.
The case has been given a new curve that ensures a good fit to the wrist. The sapphire case-back reveals the movements, designed and developed entirely in-house. In addition to its chronograph and flyback functions, the 880P calibre displays the hour and minutes functions, along with small seconds at 6 o'clock, the date at 12 o'clock and a second 24 hour time zone at 9 o'clock. This 5.6 mm thick selfwinding mechanical movement has two barrels and a large screw balance, and offers a 50 hour power reserve when the chronograph mode is engaged. With its column wheel and vertical coupling-clutch, it has all the qualities of a fine chronograph movement.

Golden Bridge Lady With the Golden Bridge Lady, CORUM introduces a splendid and original interpretation of its legendary model. For the very first time, the famous mechanical handwound “baguette” movement is positioned horizontally in the case, delicately engraved to provide a stunning panoramic vision of the gear trains in motion. Its mainplate and bridges are crafted in 18K gold and topped by two black openworked hour and minute hands. The case of the new Golden Bridge Lady provides a splendid gold, diamond and sapphire stage-setting for the fabulous caliber. The contemporary-sized (41 x 34 mm) case of the Golden Bridge Lady, available in a choice of 18K red or white gold, is graced with perfect proportions well suited to dainty feminine wrists. The curving case band is set with 108 diamonds, accentuating the precious appearance of this exceptional timepiece. The ethereal vision of the movement
nestling inside the case is enhanced by two horizontal flanges arranged on either side of the sapphire crystal case-back and set with 72 diamonds. Thus framing the movement like a genuine work of art, they further magnify the radiance and elegance of the exquisite Golden Bridge Lady. This epitome of elegance reserved exclusively for women as its name implies, sparkles with more than 2.5 carats of precious stones. The case is water-resistant to 30
meters and fitted with sapphire crystals on the front and back, both treated with an anti-reflective coating, while the crown is set with a white mother-of-pearl applique. The Marine Collection – Conquering the Oceans. The Maxi Marine Diver Titanium is the newest addition to our Maxi Marine Diver collection. Available in a sporty 45 mm high grade polished titanium case perfectly skin friendly, with a unidirectional rotating bezel in either 18 ct rose gold or stainless steel. The attractive wave-patterned dial supports applied luminous indexes. A black, wave-patterned rubber strap with rose gold elements or titanium elements has been created to
complement the dial and the structured bezel. The exhibition caseback offers an excellent view of this spectacular movement with its ruthenium colored rotor. The officially certified self-winding movement (C.O.S.C) features a power reserve indicator and an oversized small seconds register. The model is water-resistant to 200 meters. Executive Dual Time. Ulysse Nardin introduces ceramic, an innovative and imperishable material to the Dual Time collection. The Executive Dual Time offered in both stainless steel and 18 ct rose gold combines a beautifully designed ceramic bezel and ceramic pushers on a new 43 mm case.
The unique black dial features oversized Roman numerals and three-dimensional chiseled hands. Combining a traditional oversized small seconds register at 6 o’clock with a big date in a double window at 2 o’clock, the Executive Dual Time dial makes a strong statement. Comprised of the patented Dual Time system, the plus and minus pushers at the 8 and 10 o’clock positions of the case are crafted in ceramic. When pressed, the pushers instantly adjust the hour hand to a different time zone while the home time indicator at 9 o’clock continues its’ 24 hour cycle. The self-winding movement mechanism is visible through the sapphire crystal case back. Each 43 mm case is individually numbered and equipped with a black lacquer screw-crown.

Ulysse Nardin setting sails at the Monaco Yacht Show. The Only Watch Charity auction was created in 2005 to raise funds for the research against Muscular Dystrophy. The auction is held every two years at the occasion of the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show. After two successful auctions in 2005
and 2007, expectations for this year’s auction in an economical cloudy environment were moderate. But the outcome of the auction, which brought in over 2.3 million Euros, was a success and proofed that the interest and desire for a good cause
as well as extraordinary timepieces has not diminished. Ulysse Nardin’s unique Freak Carrousel Tourbillon, called the “Freak Black Out”, an all black Freak cased in a 18 ct white gold

case that was developed and produced for this occasion, contributed successfully to the outcome of this year’s Charity Auction that is supported by SAS Prince Albert III of Monaco. After some heavy bidding that took place from bidders in the room and over the phone, the final call came from an undisclosed bidder from the USA. The Ulysse Nardin one-of-a-kind timepiece went for 87’000 Euros (approx. (US$ 132’000) and surpassed any expectations.
