create the larger space desired. Breaking the footprint of a home can be an expensive proposition, so we like to encourage our clients to first consider the space within the existing walls. Oftentimes we recognize adjacent rooms or spaces that are being underutilized, so before we look to change the footprint to expand an existing home, we look within to see if there are rooms that can be re-imagined.
