Terms & Conditions for the Mini Bugaboo Cameleon Giveaway HOW TO PLAY? From 12.45 am (EST) April 30, 2015 until 12 pm (EST) on May 6, 2015 (“Contest Period”), Bugaboo International B.V. (“Bugaboo”) will organize the “Mini Bugaboo Cameleon Giveaway (the “Competition”).

Here’s what you should do. You only have to ‘like’ the Facebookpost regarding the Mini Bugaboo Cameleon Giveaway on the Dutch Facebook page of Bugaboo.

To participate in the Competition and, before liking the specific post regarding the Mini Bugaboo Cameleon Giveaway on the Dutch Facebook page of Bugaboo, participants are strongly encouraged to read these terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions 1. These terms and conditions apply to the Competition. By entering the Competition, participants expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. However, the Competition shall be void where prohibited by law.

2. The Competition is promoted and organized by Bugaboo International B.V., Paasheuvelweg 9a-b, 1105BE Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number 34112667.

3. The Competition is hosted on the Dutch Facebook page of Bugaboo. Participants need to ‘like’ the specific post regarding the Mini Bugaboo Cameleon Giveaway on the Dutch Facebook page of Bugaboo in order to participate. Bugaboo will moderate the entries. The winner will be displayed on the Dutch Facebook page of Bugaboo and may also be featured on Bugaboo social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Flickr, etc.).

4. Bugaboo will moderate the Competition and reserves the right not to accept or publish any winner from the Competition that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

5. There is no purchase requirement to enter the Competition other than the usual Internet connection charges payable to the participant’s service provider and/or Telephone Company.

QUALIFYING PARTICIPANTS 6. The competition is open to residents of the Netherlands only, aged 18 and above.

7. Employees of Bugaboo, inclusive its relatives, agents and photographers connected with the creation or administration of the Competition are not eligible to take part in the Competition. Bugaboo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

8. By entering the Competition, the participant hereby warrants that all personal details submitted by him/her are true, current and complete and that the e-mail and home addresses he/she submits are accurate and valid.

9. By entering the Competition, the participant also warrants hereby that they will observe a polite attitude and will not post on any of the Bugaboo social network pages (for example Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) any comments that would be insulting, offending or the content of which would contrary to the law. Any such comments will immediately be deleted.

10. Bugaboo reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions, has cheated or does not meet any of the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.

THE COMPETITION – ENTRY AND PRIZE 11. The Competition starts at 12.45 am (EST) April 30, 2015 until 12 pm (EST) on May 6, 2015.

Submissions received after this time and date will not be taken into account.

12. Each participant may only ‘like’ the post once during the Contest Period.

13. This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winner. All valid entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into the Competition.

14. The winner of the Competition will be notified, within two (2) days after May 6, 2015, by a direct message on Facebook and will be announced on the Dutch Facebook page of Bugaboo at May 6, 2015.

15. Bugaboo will notify the winner by using their Facebook profile name.

16. The winner of the Competition will win a Prize (“the Prize”). The Prize is a mini Bugaboo Cameleon (the color is determined by Bugaboo).

17. Bugaboo will send the winner the Prize as soon as possible, but that will take at least three months after the winner has been notified.

18. If the Prize is declined or unclaimed by the winner, if a winner cannot be contacted from the details provided within twenty four hours of notification, a replacement winner may be selected by the jury at Bugaboo ’s discretion from the other participants. The new winner will be notified by Bugaboo. The original winner will then be forfeited.

19. In the event that Bugaboo is unable to supply the Prize (or a part of it), Bugaboo reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value.

20. The Prize is personal and will be in the name of the winner. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Prize is awarded at Bugaboo ’s entire discretion and no Prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any participant.

LIABILITY 21. By taking part in the Competition, the participant accepts that unforeseen technical problems linked to the use of computer networks may arise, including problems when connecting to the Internet.

Bugaboo cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by

any participant entering the Competition. Bugaboo is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer wi-fi systems, servers, or providers, platforms and/or platform operators, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or other mobile device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition.

22. Bugaboo gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the Prize and accepts no responsibility or liability for elements of the Prize being amended by Bugaboo.

23. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Bugaboo excludes liability for all loss, damage or claim arising as a result of the participant’s entry into the Competition or use of the Prize.

24. Bugaboo accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY 25. Bugaboo reserves the right and the participant expressly agrees that Bugaboo may use the name and/or pseudonym of the winner. Use may include the Internet, such as Bugaboo’s website, its social network pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr, You Tube etc. and all texts, Photograph, publicity, magazines, catalogues or the likes.

26. By participating in this Competition, the participant will only be providing information to Bugaboo.

Bugaboo will store participant’s entry details in connection with this Competition solely for the purpose of Competition administration, unless participants have given permission for additional use.

CANCELLATION 27. Bugaboo reserves the right to cancel the Competition and/or to amend the terms and conditions or change the Prize at any time and without prior notice.

28. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, Bugaboo’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

29. If at any time one or more of the provisions of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out without affecting the remaining provisions.

30. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
