Wide modulation ratio Comfort HT condensing boilers feature a wide modulation ratio (up to 1 ÷ 6) to cut down the number of on/off cycles. This results in better boiler performance, lower gas consumption and reduced expenditure.

Condensing technology is the latest phase of boiler innovation. By employing pre-mix burner know-how, condensing boilers ensure higher performance (efficiency up to 109,8%): almost all the heat available through combustion is recovered without wasting energy into the air, as happens with traditional boilers. Condensing pre-mix boilers are synonymous with energy savings and reduced emissions. Used in low temperature systems, condensing boilers tipically facilitate a reduction of 35% in gas expenditure. Their ability to significantly reduce noxious waste (up to 80% of NOx and 90% of CO) also makes condensing boilers environmentally friendly. NOx and CO are pollutants that have an adverse impact on the environment (e.g. acid rain), and Baxi is continually researching new environmentally sustainable solutions.
This feature is of benefit also in integrated system (instantaneous boiler combined with solar system): regular working of the boiler ensures domestic hot water and comfort every time.
Introduction to the range of condensing boilers
Remote control panel: immediate control and diagnostics The innovative REMOTE CONTROL panel supplied with Comfort HT range allows an easy setting and an immediate diagnostics of the boiler with the recording of the latest anomalies. The interaction with the boiler is easier thanks to the information clearly displayed in the wide LCD and dedicated push-buttons for the temperature regulation. Main functions All boiler’s parameters setting and display: • Room temperature, heating flow temperature, climatic curve and DHW temperature settings • Heating and DHW (with indirect cylinder) working timers • Temperatures display (room temperature, heating and DHW set temperature, outdoor temperature - if the outdoor sensor, available as option, is connected-real heating and DHW temperature), power and modulation level • Water content intake display • Pre-heating function: after any hot water demand, the boiler keeps the primary circuit in temperature so that the following hot water demands will have the desired temperature immediately.
