Viva Mexico - Day of the Dead Festival 28 October 2024 Enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in Mexico’s Day of the Dead Festival. Although the name may sound grim, this festival is actually a colourful celebration where the Mexican people remember and honour their deceased loved ones. We’ll watch the parades and experience the unique graveyard celebrations.

Inca Trail Most of our South American tours include the option to trek a portion of the iconic Inca Trail. From the incredible archaeological complex of Chachabamba to the impressive ruins of Wiñay Wayna built into the steep countryside and the picturesque Sun Gate of Inti Punku, it’ll be hard to catch your breath, and not just because of the altitude! Ending in the ancient Incan city of Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, there is no better way to tick off this unique bucket list destination. A good level of fitness is required, and altitude levels range from 2,400-2,700m. The portion of the trek we’ll complete begins at the ‘Km 104’ train station and covers 13km over a 7-8 hour period. The trek is strictly limited to permit availability and must be prebooked at the time of tour booking.
