NOVEMBER UPDATES Welcome to November! This month is about gratitude and being thankful. First off, we would like to recognize all Veterans who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Our team wants to thank all who have served. In observance of Veterans Day, our centers will be closed on Thursday November 11. At this time of year, we are reminded of how much we have to be thankful for. Our team is thankful for our amazing community that keeps our center thriving. In observance of Thanksgiving, both centers will be closed November 25 through November 28. Centers will reopen on Monday November 29. We are happy to announce that Joslyn will extend their hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8 PM beginning November 2. There have been a few more drop-in activities added to the schedule. You can refer to the last page for more info. We are also looking to bring back more classes to the center. If you have an interest in leading a group or class, please contact the Joslyn Adult Center at (818) 238-5353 for more information. We hope you have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving!
WELCOME ALEX! We would like to welcome Alex to the Joslyn Adult Center team. Alex will take on the role of Senior Recreation Leader. Alex is excited for this new opportunity with the City of Burbank.
