• Eligibility for receiving a home delivered meal is based on a screening assessment of the participant by telephone or a home visit. Verification of the need for this service is determined through a home assessment within one week of the beginning of the meal service.

• Pre-packaged meals (hot, fresh, and frozen) have been offered to the clients to cover Monday through Friday. The clients who have already informed us that they would like to dine at our lunch room will receive disposable utensils and sit on disinfected tables (tables and chairs will be cleaned and sanitized before and after service). Clients will be recommended to bring a small cooler during picking up their meals.

Keep hydrated-fluid counts for health and nutrition Drinking 8-ounce glasses of water is a good place to start. Fluid needs vary but women need up to 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids daily, and men about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) daily. Adding fruit infused water made with fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs to your daily wellness plan can help boost your immune system, increase energy, aid with digestion, promote weight loss and more.
