THE EFFICIENT COMMERCIAL PORT – WITH THE ENTIRE SEALAND AS HINTERLAND
The fertilizer is loaded on trucks or hauled into warehouses. The port owns 7 warehouses with a total floorage of about 7.000 square metres. The large mobile crane, Liebherr LHM 120 can lift 15 tons of fertilizer in bigbags in one operation.
Fertilizer in bulk is loaded directly on trucks by a hopper – e.g. with our Sennebogen 850.

The only 2 years old Liebherr LHM 120 reaches up to 30 metres and has a lifting capacity of up to 42 tons. The grab capacity is 10.5 m3.

THE EFFICIENT COMMERCIAL PORT Port of Korsoer is a versatile co-operator. Our facilities and infrastructure enable us to carry out any possible task. Throughout the recent years extensive improvements have been made all over the harbour area so today it stands almost completely renovated and with modern equipment. Now the Port of Korsoer has sufficient capacity to handle even demanding challenges, based on our wide-ranging flexibility. Today the harbour area spreads over 10 hectare and we have approximately 2 km quays, mostly with a depth of 8 metres. This makes it possible for rather large merchant ships and cruise liners to enter. We are the efficient commercial port with the motorway close by, and placed directly by the Great Belt the harbour is perfectly located with the entire Sealand as hinterland. The Port of Korsoer houses a wide range of companies which provide excellent service to our customers, and the active business community offers good possibilities for repairs and allround support.
