What we do Ecorys is leading a pan-European communications consortium with Burson-Marsteller, the European Journalism Centre and BBC Studios and Post Production as partners. The consortium has signed the Framework Contract EAC/23/2011 with DG EAC for the provision of integrated communications services in the fields of education, research, training, youth, multilingualism, culture, sport and audio-visual actions. The framework contract is open to use by the Commission and all its DGs, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and the Research Executive Agency (REA).
For the following lots, the consortium has been selected by DG EAC as the first-choice contractor:
Lot 1 - Communication campaigns •
Design and delivery of integrated communication campaigns

Individual communications actions such as media events, web and social media activities, audio-visual production, visibility materials, publications, etc.
Lot 3 - Media coverage •
Production and dissemination of audio-visual materials such as videos, TV programmes, viral clips, cartoons, animations, etc.
Lot 4 - Graphics and publications Geographical coverage: All EU Member States, EFTA/EEA countries, candidate countries and any other country where relevant.

Production and dissemination of any type of print and electronic publications
•
Production and dissemination of visibility materials such as banners, posters, roll-ups, stands, printed tarpaulins, self-adhesive products, stickers, USB keys, CDs and DVDs
•
Design, composition and visual identities, production of drawings and illustrations
•
Writing, proofreading, correcting, copy-editing, translations
The consortium has also been selected on the second place for Lot 2 - Events, Fairs & Exhibitions. This lot covers the organisation of participation in fair and exhibitions as well as the organisation of seminars, conferences and one-off events.

The European Journalism Centre (EJC), is an independent, international, non-profit foundation dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in journalism in particular and the media in general, primarily through the further training of journalists and media professionals, and through the development of impartial communication tools. Founded in 1992 in Maastricht, the Netherlands, the EJC builds on its extensive international network and hosts each year more than 1,000 journalists in seminars and briefings on European affairs. It also engages in a wide variety of journalistic training and capacity-building projects.
BBC Studios and Post Production offers world-class studios; post production services including SD, HD and 3D editing and finishing and 5.1 audio; and digital media services including preserving, remastering and managing content through digital archiving, restoration and digital distribution. From complex compositing, graphics and grading, to stereoscopic 3D editing, the skilled team are perfectly suited to bringing ideas to life.
