ROC currently operates on 404 km of sewerage networks in 11 urban agglomerations. In 6 urban agglomerations there are two-stage wastewater treatment plants (mechanical and biological) but their function does not provide wastewater treatment in accordance with Directive 91/271/EEC.

Modernisation will involve: - waste water treatment plants:
