I was born and raised in East London and graduated from Loughborough University with an Accounting and Financial Management degree before going on to a career in the Banking industry working for Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and Royal Bank of Canada. I am also a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA). I left my Banking career in April 2023 as it was always my ambition to start my own business, specifically a franchise, which led me to the International Franchise Show at the Excel. My first job after school was at McDonald’s in Liverpool Street, which gave me the opportunity to see how a successful franchise works from a young age and planted the seed for my admiration of the franchise world. My purpose is to support my family. I have 10 nieces and 2 nephews, with an age range of 7-24 and it has always been my intention to support the kids who have their own career path and offer an option to those that may want to work with me. Franchising gives me the best chance to fulfil my purpose.
My primary focus was to speak to food brands and storage companies but I went there with an open mind and was excited at the opportunity to meet and speak to franchisors and develop my knowledge and understanding of the businesses on show.
The candidate would have to share the same values as me. I would want them to be ambitious, proactive and operate with complete integrity. Someone with a growth mindset and a desire to sell through service. The candidate needs to have a passion for sales. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience behind us, with comprehensive training and support to help them succeed, which includes 2 weeks training at our HQ in West Palm Beach Florida.
The biggest factor driving my decision to proceed with Fully Promoted was the quality of people I met and how well I got on with everyone. As family was my main reason to pursue a franchise, joining an organisation that shared the same values was incredibly important.
