Smart Retail Tech Expo 2024 exceeded all of our expectations!
We’re so thrilled to have seen such a convergence of retail professionals dedicated to taking the industry into the future. With countless attendees, some of the most exciting exhibitors in the business, and insights from some of retail’s finest minds, this year’s Expo truly was one to remember.
This event is our chance to thank all of you for bringing your unique contributions to the event, allowing us to tap into something truly forward-thinking in the retail space.
There was so much on offer at this years event, including talks on customer service, AI integrations, and selling on TikTok, amongst many others, exhibitions from brands operating in the physical and digital realms, and a range of immersive masterclasses. From our point of view, it was so exciting to see the exchange of endless ideas, the building of new connections, and the development of so many career paths.

The Smart Retail Tech Expo was full of cutting-edge technologies and inspiring ideas on display. From lightning-fast internet to innovative artificial intelligence tools. The event was filled with amazing achievements shaping the future of retail.
It was a very productive day for the MyGuava Business team at ExCeL. Lots of insightful conversations regarding payments and potential solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are excited that dozens of new companies have connected in the pursuit of making their payment lives easier.
Thanks to the Smart Retail Tech Expo for allowing TikTok Shop UK the chance to connect with its network for the 2nd year running. The growth in interest compared to last year was definitely felt and the audience was engaged throughout, so much so, there was a queue of questions afterwards!

Following the resounding success of this two-day convergence of talent, we’ve already started our countdown till next year’s incarnation on the 12th & 13th November 2025!
That’s why the cogs are already turning, with our team starting to organize the elements that will make next year’s Expo even more essential for retail professionals.
