#Buco N A T I O N • SOCCER – After having a string of six consecutive NJCAA National Tournament appearances snapped in 2017, the Grizzlies made a return trip in 2018 to the NJCAA National Tournament – their seventh appearance in the program’s history. • FOOTBALL – The Grizzlies won their first bowl game since 2011 with a 34-30 victory over Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in the 2018 Midwest Classic Bowl. • WOMEN’S BASKETBALL – In 2019, Butler won its first Region VI title in program history and made its second appearance all-time at the NJCAA National Tournament. • BASEBALL – 2019 also saw the Grizzlies win the Jayhawk West crown for the first time since 2010. • SOFTBALL – Butler made its fourth consecutive appearance in the NJCAA National Tournament and 10th overall. The Grizzlies have made the trip eight of the last nine seasons. Butler also won its ninth straight Jayhawk Conference championship and 15th overall conference title in the program’s history in 2019. • TRACK & FIELD – Butler’s Tavarius Wright won two individual NJCAA track titles last season, winning the indoor 60m dash and the outdoor 100m dash. Wright, Mark Doyley, Javaghn Spicer and Cardet Bienvenue also were part of the 4x100-meter relay team, which took first at the NJCAA National Outdoor Championships in May 2019. • • • • •

DID YOU KNOW? Former Butler Grizzly quarterback Zac Taylor was named the head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals in February 2019. Taylor, who received NJCAA All-American status led the Grizzlies to an 11-1 season and a berth to the national title game in 2004, becomes the first Grizzly alum to be an NFL head coach.

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR COSTS Each student pays a registration fee of $15 each semester.
TUITION & FEES* To calculate your cost for tuition and fees, choose your residency status and multiply by the number of credit hours you are planning to take. Online student tuition and fee costs are also based on residency. *Please note that you are considered a full-time student if you are enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester. However, to graduate in four semesters, we recommend that you enroll in 15 or16 credit hours per semester. A minimum of 12 credit hours are required to qualify for some scholarships and to live in our residence halls. Federal financial aid is prorated based on enrollment and eligibility.
BOOKS The costs of books can vary significantly depending on the classes you take. For the purposes of estimating, we generally suggest you add about $600 per semester.
HOUSING The average cost for on-campus residence halls is $6,250 per year, which includes 19 meals per week.
