Residential College (ResCo)

› Housing primarily first-year students, the newly renovated ResCo offers a wide range of experiences to its students, staff, and four full-time, live-in faculty members.

› While living in ResCo, a student has the opportunity to interact with faculty outside of the classroom in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. Faculty eat in the dining room, participate in intramural events with students, and host dinners and other varied educational events.

› Amenities:

Residential College

› 24/7 Pizza ATM

› Microwaves and sinks in each wing

› Kitchenette with stove on all second-floor wings

› Laundry rooms in each wing

Irvington House

› Quiet and social study rooms in each wing

› Front desk with 24/7 mail retrieval lockers

› Social lobby and mezzanine with study rooms, ping pong, social areas with TV screens

› Business Center with print station and additional study space

› Butler University, in partnership with American Campus Communities, introduced Irvington House in fall 2018—a state-of-the-art, 647-bed, suite-style residential facility.

› With a cardio fitness room, numerous computer stations and study areas, and a welcoming social lounge complete with billiards, ping pong, and arcade games, you’ll find plenty of ways to meet new friends here. Laundry facilities are available on each of the building’s four floors. Outside, there are two lush courtyard spaces to enjoy in between your classes, and a fire pit that’s perfect for weekend relaxation.

Fairview House

› Butler University, in partnership with American Campus Communities, introduces Fairview House—a state-of-the-art, 633-bed, predominantly sophomore student residence hall which opened fall 2016.
