Breakout Session Presenters Tracie Cook, Recruiting Manager of TeleperformanceAugusta Tracie Cook is a native of Augusta with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and Accounting, and a Master’s Degree in HR Management. Prior to her role with Teleperformance she worked in the dining service industry for more than nine years, starting in Augusta then serving as Dining Service Manager at a retirement community in West Columbia, S.C.
Michael D. Pirtle, Advanced Marketing Institute Born in Missouri, Mike Pirtle lived in Colorado for six years before making Augusta his home in 1967. A born entrepreneur and life-long student, Pirtle owned numerous businesses in the Southeast market, primarily in the insurance industry. Currently, Pirtle works with businesses in expanded training methodologies through neuroscience principles, providing better results for trainees and companies alike.
Isaac Kelly, Staffing Specialist for Augusta Staffing Isaac Kelly has been in the recruiting and staffing industry for eight years, providing staff-building, restructuring and development for client companies through temporary and direct hiring, consulting and pre-screening support. He specializes in industrial, mechanical and technical staffing services for Augusta Staffing in the Augusta office. His focus is to provide flexible staffing and risk-free hiring.
Dr. Jeff Ickes, Professor of Counseling & Psychology-Troy University-Augusta Dr. Ickes has worked in the field of counseling as a therapist, teacher, and counselor trainer for over 30 years. He came to Georgia from Alaska to teach full-time at Troy in the Master of Science-Clinical Mental Health Program. His professional interests and research areas include love and interpersonal relationships, positive communication, alternative healing methods, self-care and resiliency and solutionfocused therapy.
