Messy Mondays

Are you ready to get messy? Messy Mondays allows children and their parents to experiment with a variety of art materials including finger paint, stamps, modeling clay, scissors, glue and more. Children will use fine motor skills, and experience a variety of tools. Each class your child will have an opportunity to create their very own masterpiece. The goal of the class is to have fun by incorporating our creative ways of thinking. MIn 4 | Max 8. (LS)

Little Chefs

Tiny Tot Preschool Ages 3-4

This program is designed to prepare your child mentally, physically, and emotionally for making the transition to the Preschool 4’s program. Our curriculum introduces children to colors, numbers, shapes, and concepts through a variety of activities. The children explore learning centers that reinforce weekly concepts and themes. Circle time features interactive songs, flannel board stories, and an interactive calendar and weather activities. Children develop large motor skills during gym time and while connecting with nature outside of our classroom in our play lot, sandbox, and children’s garden. Instructor: Mrs. Cindy Banaszynski. Tiny Tot Preschool Ages 3-5

This program prepares your child cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically for making the transition to Kindergarten. Our curriculum, based on Illinois Early Learning Standards, emphasizes self-discovery, teamwork, and independent thinking. Children are introduced to Language Arts, Literacy, Math, Social Studies, Science and Nature Exploration through a variety of learning centers and hands-on activities. Our professional and experienced teachers foster a nurturing environment that addresses the individual needs of each child. Our well rounded program includes local field trips, guest speakers, nature exploration and special activities such as raising baby chicks, spring planting and a graduation ceremony. Min 10. Tot School Program Ages 2-3

This program prepares your child for the Preschool experience! Our integrated yearly curriculum focuses on social, emotional, cognitive and physical development with activities including circle time, exposure to colors, shapes, numbers, and letters. Children are introduced to a variety of learning centers such as dramatic play, sensory, literacy, music, blocks, puzzles, and nature exploration. A snack, gym time, and play in our outdoor classroom are also included. Being toilet trained is required. Staff do not change diapers. No class week of 3/28. Min 6. Instructor: Eileen Kubica. (LS)

Tot School Primer Ages 1.5-2.5

This class prepares your child for Tot School. Help your child get ready for the classroom in this semi-structured environment in which children enjoy arts and crafts, games, stories, and motor activities with a caring adult. Learning Ladders

This program series provides sequential progress in preparing your child for Preschool and Kindergarten. Offering a variety of learning experiences, these classes are designed to meet the needs and the development level of your child. All of the activities and lessons align with Illinois early childhood standards. Each class focuses on a different developmental stage in the educational growth of your child while preparing your child for the next step in the series and the Preschool and Kindergarten experience. Lunch Pals & Playtime

Whether your child is a morning or afternoon preschool student, or if you want your child to have lunch with us, you’re welcome to join us! After lunch we will play fun games. Min 4 | Max 15 (LS)

Lunchtime & Engineering

Did you know that building helps foster the development of problem solving, critical thinking and teamwork? Children will explore and discover engineering with their hands while building block towers, marble runs, castles and more. Please bring a sack lunch and beverage. Morning Preschoolers will be escorted to the program. Min 4 | Max 15. (LS)

Learning Labs

Afternoon Learning Labs allows Preschoolers to expand their day and skill sets. A creative curriculum provides a foundation of language and literacy, problem solving and social development. Children learn through play and explore topics in depth in an environment strong in defined hands-on learning activities. Things get messy, so dress accordingly. Learning Labs does not meet on days that Preschool is not in session. Min 4 | Max 15. (LS)

Passport to New! Adventure

Children will use their pretend passports while exploring and discovering a variety of countries and cultures! Hands on activities engage the children in music, language, games, arts and crafts, and special traditions of each culture. Min 4 | Max 15. (LS)
