errick has an abundance of experience in the construction industry, having undertaken numerous roles ranging from operations, engineering and sales. He has built his name in the area of building façade, in a large part due to his successful implementations on commercial and industrial buildings as well as car showrooms across Malaysia. In addition to building façade, Derrick is also recognized as authority in the area of building lightning protection systems.

A staunch believer in the importance of empowerment and delegation, Derrick is frequently observed to select key personnel with experience and initiative, and arms them with
trust to independently play their role within the organization. This allows him to focus on the nurturing of existing client relationships as well as winning new projects. Outside his distinctive professional roles, Derrick has been actively involved in various community pursuits. These have resulted in him taking on various responsibilities including President of St John’s Ambulance Disaster Squad, Vice-Chairman of the Goh Tai Tay Devotees Association and Committee Member of the Lorong Selamat Hungry Ghost Festival, which oversees the activities of the annual festival in a large section of old George Town, Penang.
graduate of Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia, Ken possesses a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Management and minor in marketing. He began his career in Agilent Technologies, where he was inducted into a select team of best talent within Penang to be sent to its headquarters in the USA for a special project.

Having been in the Wireless Solution Division for more than 5 years, Ken entered into the field of retail by taking up the role of Retail Program Manager in one of the largest wholesale IT resellers in Penang. Subsequently, Ken became the Property Project manager of a UNESCO Heritage Site (Logan
Heritage @ Beach Street), where he was responsible for the success of the property. Ken is highly dependable and organized individual with a wide range of expertise and experience including Procurement, Finance, Operations, Building Enhancement, Retails Setup and IT. He is also known to be highly disciplined and particularly industrious.
