Clay and his team were great. I didn't receive the crazy offers up front like you hear about in the news, etc. But Clay was patient and told me to hang in there, and it paid off as I ended up with a very good offer. As life happens, not everything went smoothly with the closing, but the things that didn't go as planned were in no way the Byrne Real Estate Group's fault; rather the issues were caused by the buyer's lender not meeting their deadlines.
