ART OF JUXTAPOSTION 1 with Virginia Reid Collage is easy and relies only on a willingness to play with possibilities. Looking at the work of various artists known for their use of collage and gaining inspiration to construct new images for ourselves, no prior experience is necessary. You will be supported to develop the ideas that come from this practice and build a small body of work. The morning session will focus on drawing and the afternoon session will involve experimenting with mixed media, including cut and paste collage, mono-printing and constructing compositions for painting.
