T J Anderson Growing up the son of a custom cabinetmaker, T J Anderson has been exposed to wood from an early age. He’s worked in cabinet making, home restoration, and furniture making over the years. After spending 24 years in the maritime industry, T J now spends his time in his wood studio. He specializes in unique turned bowls, platters and forms – both open and closed – as well as small furniture pieces. His bowls and forms are created from salvaged wood, with the goal of giving the wood another chapter in its life by turning it into something interesting, useful and hopefully beautiful. All of T J’s functional pieces are finished with a pure walnut oil, so they are safe for use with food, and perfect for your fall harvest and holiday tables !
