President, Upcycled Food Foundation and CEO, Littlefoot Ventures

Eva Gouldbourne is the CEO & Founder of Littlefoot Ventures. Littlefoot Ventures represents a culmination of knowledge and experiences from Eva’s 13 years as a food systems practitioner. She was a founding team member of ReFED. Prior to this she worked at the World Economic Forum serving on the food and agriculture team.

He co-created the successful wastED pop-up restaurant concepts in New York and London, which garnered international acclaim. Adam is at the forefront of culinary innovation in the burgeoning food waste movement.
