GOVERNMENT’S REQUEST FOR FIVE (5) CERTIFIED COPIES OF ARREST WARRANT TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT: COMES NOW the United States of America, by and through Abe Martinez, Acting United States Attorney for the South District of Texas and the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney, and files this Government’s Request for five (5) certified copies of the Arrest Warrant dated February 8, 2017 (attached as Exhibit A). The United States is seeking extradition of defendant, JORGE JUAN TORRES LOPEZ for prosecution in this case. In order to comply with the formal extradition of JORGE JUAN
TORRES LOPEZ to the United States, Mexico requires as part of the extradition package certified copies of the Arrest Warrant. The Arrest Warrant was issued on February 8, 2017 after a true-billed Superseding Indictment in this case.

The United States requests that the Court ORDER the District Clerk’s Office to provide five (5) certified copies of the Arrest Warrant on the Superseding Indictment for the above-captioned defendants, for the purpose of complying with the extradition packet.
