Does your child spend too much time on his/her cell phone or iPod, or in front of the TV? Does your child feel self-conscious about his/her body weight?
3
Does your family’s meals consist of fast food or high calorie/fattening foods?
4
Does your child have unsupervised time before or after school?
5
Does your family have a very busy schedule that doesn’t include exercise?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, ask your child’s doctor if you would benefit from Columbia Youth Fit. Your child’s doctor should complete the Physician Referral Form and fax it to Columbia Association, 443-283-4247. A CA professional will contact you to discuss the program with you.
How much is my investment? Your investment for the eight-week, comprehensive Columbia Youth Fit program is $550/family for CA Members and $650/family for Non-CA Members. Join with another family and each family saves $50.
