Pyramids The Pyramids in Egypt are one of the most spectacular and amazing sites of the world. They are one of the seven wonders of the world. The Pyramids are along the Nile River. The most famous ones are the Pyramids of Giza. These Egyptian Pyramids are the tombs of the Pharaohs. All of their belongings were buried in the tombs with the Pharaohs. This was for them to use in their afterlife. It is thought that many of the tombs are cursed. Maybe someday the mummies will come out of their tomb and start eating the people. Pyramids are big sculptures where the Egyptians buried their ruler when they died. How I wish I could visit these historic tomb like structures and find out the secrets that they possess even though the curses scare me!!!
