COMPANY PROFILE ActivSole, Inc. is a brand focused on making a positive impact on the country through their high quality insole products. The brand has created an insole that can be placed into any shoe and synced with a downloadable app on any mobile device, tablet, or compute computer. The insole tracks the users data (i.e. posture, steps, and high intensity activity) a and reports it back to the app in an interactive form that allows users to share or h have friendly competition with other users. The app also offers ways to improve p posture and activity customized to each user based on the data collected from the insoles. The flagship call c center for ActivSole, Inc. is located in Salt Lake City, Uta Utah. This city is known for consistently being one of the To Top 10 Active Cities in America. The call center offers a variety of services from tech support for the app to sales of the insoles.

DESIGN INTENT The overall goal of the ActivSole, Inc. flagship call center is to reflect the brand by inspiring activity, encouraging collaboration, and creating friendly competition within the company. This is achieved through the furniture, finishes, and layout of the spaces, as well as branding located throughout the space. ACTIVITY is crucial to living a healthy lifestyle and ActivSole, Inc. prides itself on creating a culture that

influences workers to be active through the use of track-like shapes in circulation paths and imitated by the stairs and corridors. A walk/jog trail is located immediately outside of the building on the ActivSole campus for workers to use during break time.

COLLABORATION is essential in any thriving company. ActivSole, Inc. incorporated this through

breakout meeting spaces, coaching rooms, open office layouts, as well as the layout of the agent pods.

FRIENDLY COMPETITION is a driving factor for ActivSole, Inc. This is influenced by custom light

tracks located on the agent floor that allow each tech and sales team to visually track their progress as it compares to others. Weekly winnings include extra break time and catered lunches in the break room, while extended consistent winnings could include a monetary bonus.
