On behalf of the American Brahman Breeders Association we would like to invite you to the 2015 International Brahman Sale. This year’s sale is undoubtedly one of the most exciting as we have assembled one of the highest quality, most elite set of females and genetic opportunities to have ever been offered in the sale. In the cattle business, success depends on the power and productivity of one’s cowherd. In life, success depends on taking advantage of opportunities. As you take the time to look through the catalog we hope you realize the opportunity to add strength to your breeding program. You will notice many opportunities to own some outstanding females and purchase genetics from some of the most sought after animals in the breed. As in the past we have videoed the offering for your further inspection of the cattle. The videos and sale catalog can be viewed at www.brahman.org. If you are not able to attend the sale on Wednesday, March 4th you can view and bid online through Cattle In Motion at www.cattleinmotion.com. On the day of the sale, the pre-sale cattle viewing and cocktail party will begin at 5PM with the sale starting promptly at 6:30 PM. Immediately following the sale will be the annual semen sale, benefiting the ABBA Research & Breed Improvement Committee. More opportunities will abound at the semen sale with many lots being offered to the public that are not available on the open market. You can view the semen offering prior to the sale on the ABBA website or pick up a catalog at the ABBA Booth in the Reliant Center.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

BIDDING: Each animal on which there are two or more bids will be sold to the highest bidder. TERMS: All cattle will be paid for immediately after the sale. Checks must be made payable to the American Brahman Breeders Association. SPECIAL TERMS: (cattle for export) Animals that are sold for export must be paid for at the time of the sale. There will be a representative of a forwarding company on hand to assist in this matter. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser of these cattle for export to make arrangements with the seller for the care of the animal after the sale. The American Brahman Breeders Association will place the cattle in the care of the breeder for the new owner at the price of $3.50 per head per day (paid by purchaser) until they are shipped. DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids and his decision on such matters will be final. HANDLING: As their sale is effected, all animals will be maintained at the purchaser’s risk. BREEDERS GUARANTEE: Every animal in this sale is, to the best of the breeder’s knowledge, free from any disease and are all sound. Pregnant cows are considered breeders without further guarantee. If an animal fails to breed after a trial of six months, it may be returned to the seller in good condition. Seller reserves the right to try said animal for six months and if it proves to be a breeder, return it at the buyer’s expense. If the animal proves to be a nonbreeder, an animal of comparable rank or credit on the purchase of another animal will be offered. HEALTH: All necessary health papers will be furnished in order for the cattle to be shipped anywhere. NOTE: Cattle sold for export to foreign countries must, by state law, be officially tested for the disease required by that country after the sale is made. The buyer will be responsible for this testing. Sellers must realize that foreign transactions will take longer to clear due to letters of credit, etc. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from the auction box will take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog and all other announcements. LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and the American Brahman Breeders Association and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident that may occur. The American Brahman Breeders Association accepts no liability for the animals after they are sold. Insurance will be available at the sale for cattle purchased if the purchaser requests it. CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller of each animal sold. TRANSPORTATION: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all shipping and transportation arrangements.

Pistolero sons and daughters are selling and working very well and cross extremely well with LMC LF Ambassador as proven in this lot. We call it our GOLDEN CROSS because it never fails.

LMC Polled Passion 55/4 and LMC Polled N Pretty 58/4 are DOUBLE POLLED classic examples of our GOLDEN CROSS and are as good as it gets.
