Weebly: Link To Epsilen Site
Link to Epsilen Site Before the switch to Weebly, all teachers in the district used Epsilen through Project Share, to host their web content. Many teachers still use Epsilen and the content created on this platform. With the transition to Weebly and Google sites, teachers don’t have to abandon the work done in Epsilen. In this lesson we will learn how to create a link to teacher’s Epsilen site. The first thing you need is the direct link to your Epsilen site. If you don’t remember or don’t know, that’s the first step we will perform. Go to the Project Share web site to log in. The site is, projectshare.org.

Enter your user name and password into the login fields. If you don’t remember your password or user name, click on the appropriate link below the login fields to retrieve your user name or password.
When you login, the link to your Epsilen site will appear near the top of the page. Write this URL somewhere or copy the link into your computers memory.

Weebly: Link To Epsilen Site There are several ways to provide the link in your Weebly site. In this lesson we will cover two ways in which to provide a link.
Click on the Add Page button.
Login to your Weebly site and click on the Pages option in the menu.

Select External Link from the add page menu options.
Let’s provide a name for the link.

I’ll name my link Epsilen. In the External site field, type the link to your Epsilen page. You don’t need to type www.
Select the option to open the site in a new tab. This is so that your visitors can easily return to your Weebly site after they visit your Epsilen site. Click the save and edit button.

The link to your Epsilen site will appear in the menu with your other page links.

Weebly: Link To Epsilen Site Another way to provide a link is within your contact information.
Type a descriptive name for your Epsilen link. Go to your contact information and click to edit.

Select the text and click on the link button in the text box toolbar.
A URL dialogue box will display so you can enter the address for the Epsilen site.

Type in the link to your site. Make sure to include the Http:// before the link, otherwise the link won’t work.
Select the option to open the link in a new window.

Click the save button.
The link is now attached to the selected text. Click once away from the highlighted text.

The link is now active. Make sure to publish your site so the link to your Epsilen page is visible to the world.
