AN OBVIOUS CHOICE... Naming Fred Bartz as the the 2021 Hall of Fame inductee was an obvious choice, considering his lengthy list of acheivements and accolades. Fred has served on the Morgan Hill HOA Board for fifteen plus years and as president of that Board for 13 years, Fred has proven that he is highly dedicated to this community. Past seven year member of the Temecula Chamber of Commerce broadening the interests in CAI. This award is even more deserved because he served four years as a CLAC GRIE Chapter Delegate, served as GRIE-LSC CLAC Liaison, been twice voted as the CAI-GRIE Volunteer of the Year, one-of-only-two Californian CAI members to receive the CAI Nation “Award of Excellence in Government and Public Affairs”, served on the GRIE chapter LSC since 2012 and regularly makes legislative updates to other Riverside area HOA Board Members. He has also been one of the largest buck-a-door and legislative supporters in our chapter. It is for these reasons and more we are thrilled to name Fred Bartz of Morgan Hill HOA as the 2021 Hall of Fame inductee.
