UNLOCK LEVELS 1–4

This unique section teaches students valuable skills that help them navigate university life. It begins with a context-setting reading or listening activity and moves directly into the practice of skills like asking questions in class, participating in study groups, finding help on campus and much more. • 8 Reading and 8 Listening lessons per level.

Incorporating Academic skills

All these new lessons incorporate academic English content so students can practice their academic skills in areas such as; Academic writing skills, Reading strategies for managing longer texts, Reading critically – developing/ supporting/refuting arguments and much more.

NEW ‘On Campus’ Reading and Listening lessons

The new materials are accompanied with detailed teacher’s notes explaining how to use and make the most of the new content in a clear way.

NEW TESTS In addition to the existing test packages, a complete set of Unit, Mid and End-of-course tests for all five levels is available from the end of August 2022. The new test content is available in the existing ‘Tests’ folder in the ‘Teacher’s Resources’ area on Cambridge One. Current tests Set 1 – Unit tests and Mid and End-of-course tests LEVELS 1–5 Set 2 – Unit tests and Mid and End-of-course tests LEVELS 1-4 New tests Set 3 LEVELS 1–5 • Each complete set contains 50% new content, with existing content re-ordered so that the Answer Keys are changed significantly. • Audio tracks are supplied for all Listening tests. • These new tests are available as Word documents to enable editing, and as ready-to-go PDF tests, just like the existing sets of tests. • Available to download from the Teacher’s Resources folders on Cambridge One.
