Experiential Learning Co-op 360 Public Relations
Journalism students have access to a wide range of opportunities to practice the craft of journalism across media. In many cases, our students work as journalists while they are in school, through co-ops in the Greater Boston area and in other media hubs in the United States and around the world.

Whether reporting for the Cape Times in Cape Town, South Africa; covering the Boston Red Sox in the World Series; or on co-op with NBC News in New York City, Northeastern’s journalism students put their skills to the test in real-world situations around the globe. On co-op with The Boston Globe, Anthony Gulizia, AMD’14, was on the roster of reporters that covered the 2013 World Series. After graduation, he continued covering sports for the Globe, including Super Bowl XLIX.
