MENTORING FOR INTERNATIONAL GROWTH: international experience of a network of Italic for SMEs

Starting the project promoted by Unioncamere in Bulgaria and aims to promote the "Italian talent abroad" to team up with the Italian companies selected by the CCIA members and partners.

The project aims to: create an international network (also from Italy) of experienced managers in the business sector, which can provide an advantage to the Italian SMEs on management practices related to internationalization; bring out a cluster of Italian enterprises with high internationalization potential in order to encourage their development; promote a dialogue between mentors and Italian institutions network, trade associations and other organization that support business, to improve not only the performance of individual companies, but also to identify critical issues and opportunities, to implement on which new tools and / or services; animate the network even in the individual countries to deepen the feed-back of experience with mentees.

Implementation of the various activities: Step A) Promotion of the purposes of the project and identification of the mentor; Step B) Matching with mentees businesses; Step C) Mentorship; Step D) Feedback, presentation results and final event, in close coordination with the Project Committee for the construction of a day dedicated to Italic foreign chambers in the world, to support of SMEs, with the presentation of results, follow-up actions.
