Cori is a side table designed for people with trinkets and plants. My inspiration came from herbs, specifically coriander, more commonly known as cilantro. Inspired by the form of the stem of the herb, I simplified the shapes into circles. The style is also inspired by the mid-century modern style with turned and tapered legs and an alternative foot. The color variations were inspired by brightened earthy hues and imagery from my process sketching. The metals are copper, brass, and nickle.
