» Carihi School 2011 Graduates Principal·s Message It has as been three short h years since you Ӿrst walked through the doors of Carihi and as each week comes and goes, the next seems to ӿy by even faster. June is nearly upon us, and with it, the long awaited and much anticipated day – that of your Graduation! Although some of you may look upon this day as the end of your schooling, be sure to look around you and realize that it is just the start of your education. If we have done our job well, you are now prepared to enter the vast array of education that the world has to oӽer you. Whether your future learning will take place at a post-secondary institution, on a jobsite, within clubs and organizations that you will join, through your sports and Ӿne art activities, or through your families, friends and elders, be open to the fact that your learning has just begun. Much awaits you! Now it is time to leave behind the structure and environment that thirteen years of formal schooling has provided and develop your own course. The staӽ at Carihi has witnessed Ӿrsthand the many diӽerent paths that you, as unique individuals, within a very divergent and talented group have started out upon. We hope that you will continue to seek your passions and pursue them. We look forward to, with great anticipation, hearing of which path your passions have led you on. Remember your roots and come back to visit.

» Robron Centre 2011 Graduates Principal·s Message On behalf of the staӽ st ӽ and students h Robron Centre, I would like at the to congratulate the entire Grad Class of 2011 from Campbell River. You have all worked hard to achieve a commendable goal. At the Robron Centre, we are particularly proud of the graduates from Continuing Education, Elm Alternate, and eBlend. Many of our students have overcome obstacles to reach the goal of Grade 12 Graduation and having achieved that goal, are ready to move on to their next challenge with renewed conӾdence and the belief that anything is possible. We are also very proud of the Timberline and Carihi students who have completed courses through our eBlend program. Many of you took on an extra course to help manage the delicate balance of academic and personal goals. You have shown through hard work and determination that you can manage the challenge of setting your own schedule and following through.

» Christian School 2011 Graduates Principal·s Message Anchor hor the Soul What an awesome achievement! The Ӿrst rite of passage is complete for this group of young men and women. They have accomplished the Ӿrst step in their academic careers and will now move onto new challenges in the future, accompanied by the storms and sunny days that life holds in store. This year·s graduates from Campbell River Christian School are quite typical of our students. This tight knit class of nineteen really connects with one another and are mostly academically inclined towards math and science studies. Many are also gifted with music and sports abilities and are very active in the community. Many of them have a strong faith that will securely guide them in the future.

Our vision bible verse for the year is from Hebrews 6:19. “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, Ӿrm and secure.” Each year we send oӽ graduating students into the world, who have been presented with the gift of the Gospel throughout their schooling at Campbell River Christian School. This is their anchor, along with the considerable skills that they have developed. It is a formula for success on the voyage of life! Five of our graduating students have been at this school since Kindergarten. Our nineteen graduates represent 152 years of schooling. The Campbell River Christian School Board and staӽ are thankful for the commitment of our families, for upholding the distinctive values that Christian schooling represents. To all our grads: May God anchor you against the most severe southeaster that life may blow your way. Many blessings and future success to our class of 2011,

» Timberline School 2011 Graduates Principal·s Message This s month we are a focusing our thoughts ugh on the 2010-2011 school year end and Graduation. You can be sure that the remainder of the year will be very busy, with many year-end activities. June exams are just around the corner (June 20th 29th) and our Grade 12s are becoming a larger focus as we head towards graduation night on June 29th. At Timberline we have a lot to be thankful for: a dedicated staӽ; a supportive school district; an involved community; and caring students. We are extremely proud of our Grade 12s and we will truly miss them as they move on to the next phase of their lives. Daily, they continue to tell us of university acceptance letters, summer jobs and of successful scholarship and bursary applications. This year·s graduating class is continuing with the tradition of reducing After Grad prizes and contributing leftover money to their grad legacy fund designed to help others near and afar. This very noble gesture has turned into a tradition here at Timberline. My sincere hope for all of you is that the years you have spent here at Timberline have given you the tools to prepare you for the next phase of your lives. Please keep in mind that a strong sense of curiosity and a love of learning will serve you well, whether you choose to enter the world of work, travel or carry on with post-secondary education.
