ART AUCTION RULES ALL SALES ARE FINAL NEED HELP? VISIT THE HELP DESK AT CHECK IN • Payment for art must be made on the night of the auction. Checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express are accepted. • Buyer is responsible for collecting art on the night of the auction. • Delivery is available for $50 per item and will be completed by the first week of December. • Buyer is responsible for checking the condition of merchandise prior to purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be possible. • At the close of the evening program, buyer may obtain a printed receipt at the check-out table. Volunteers will assist the buyer in collecting items after the program concludes. • Sales tax will not be charged the night of the event.
PLEASE NOTE • If there are tax obligations involved in accepting a “Luxury Package,” the buyer assumes responsibility of consulting a tax advisor to determine the tax obligation, if any, of the merchandise received.

Since its founding in 1914, Camp Fire First Texas continues to provide a framework for youth to grow and succeed i n life. Currently serving more than 20,000 children, youth, families and child care providers annually, First Texas is o ne of the largest councils in the country. Programs include camping, after school programs, teen services, environmental education, and school readiness, in addition to professional development for early childhood educators. In Camp Fire, children and youth find a safe, fun and inclusive place – a place where they form lasting relationships, learn to make healthy choices, build new talents and have a sense of belonging.
