HIGH SEASON Attached bedrooms with 2 single beds (optional extra bed), fully equipped with linens, TV set, air conditioning and heating. The rooms have a complete bathroom with bathtub and towels.

Cleaning and change of linens is provided once a week. Bookings where more than two people stay in the room will be billed on a per person basis.

Cleaning surcharge for stays of 1 night at Bungalows or Room = 10 € • Bungalow 21 (Allows 4 people). The bungalow has 2 bedrooms; a master bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. It is fully equipped with bathroom, shower, kitchen with ceramic stoves and a living room with TV set. Towels, linens, kitchen equipment and dishes are provided as well. Equipment: Independent bedrooms, kitchen with oven, microwave oven, linens, dishes, coffe maker, towels, TV set, shower, hot water, WC, parking space, outdoor terrace with patio furniture.

• Bungalow 22 (Allows 8 people). The bungalow has 2 bedrooms; a master bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It is fully equipped with bathroom, shower, kitchen with ceramic stoves and refrigerator, dining table with four chairs and a living room with TV set and a sofa-bed for 2 people. Towels, linens, kitchen equipment and dishes are provided as well. Equipment: Independent bedrooms, kitchen with oven, microwave oven, linens, dishes, coffe maker, towels, TV set, shower, hot water, WC, parking space.

• Bungalow Tajo and Jarama (Allows 5 people, 32 Sq. Mt., 8 x 4 metres). The bungalow has 2 bedrooms; a master bedroom with double bed and closet and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. It has a shower and a living room with TV set and a sofa. Towels, linens, kitchen equipment and dishes are provided as well. Equipment: Independent bedrooms, kitchen with oven, microwave oven, linens, dishes, coffe maker, towels, TV set, shower, hot water, WC, air conditioning, parking space, outdoor terrace with patio furniture.

• Bungalow Riviera (Allows 6 people, 42 Sq. Mt.). 5+1 extra bed and with possibility to add free baby cradle. The bungalows have 2 rooms: 1 room with double bed, wardrobe and the extra bed and the second room with 1 bunk beds and 1 single bed. Complete bathroom with bath, kitchen with electric ceramic hob, refrigerator, and small living room with sofa and TV. Bath towels, bed linen, crockery and all utensils of the kitchen are included. Equipment: Independent bedrooms, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, linens, bath towels, heating and air conditioning in both bedrooms, TV in the small living room and in the bedroom with double bed, bath, hot water, WC, parking next to the bungalow.

CONDITIONS TO RESERVE PITCHES In advance (free of charge): 50 € per pitch. The campsite management will make a written reservation on your behalf without taking into consideration the exact location of your chosen pitch.

CONDITIONS TO RESERVE ROOMS / BUNGALOWS The campsite management will make a written reservation on your behalf without taking into consideration the exact location of your chosen unit. In order to secure the reservation, 50% of the total booking should be paid in advance and the rest will be paid on the guest´s arrival. A security deposit of 30 € will be requested to each guest as a guarantee against damages to the rooms or any of the items contained in it. This security deposite shall be returned to the guests once they check-out.

CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION Reservations cancelled with less than a seven day notice to the check in day will loose their deposit. If the cancellation happens between seven and thirty days before the check in day, the campsite will return 50% of the deposit to the guest. If the cancellation happens with more than thirty days before the check in day, the campsite management will return 90% of the deposit to the guest. Once the guest has checked in the campsite, there will be no returns and the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
