The outstanding Eclipse, our top of the range model, continues to represent the most sophisticated of holiday home lifestyles. Improvements throughout the Eclipse with its already high specification make it a holiday home to be delighted with and proud of. Inside you will find a fully vaulted ceiling with Velux window fitted in the kitchen area. Ambient lighting is also fitted in both lounge and bedrooms giving you a real luxury feel. The granite effect sink along with a full height integral fridge/freezer and integral microwave add convenience and class to the kitchen. The contemporary interior is also furnished with trend setting colour coordinated vertical blinds and luxury sofa. The lounge is further enhanced by full height panoramic windows and a feature marble effect coran wall mounted electric fire. It does not end there, with spacious bedrooms and quality dining table and chairs, the Eclipse has it all. On the outside, we offer 2 finishes of cladding to choose from, standard aluminium or PVC woodgrain cladding. The wood grain cladding is available in either a soft cream or real wood effect finish. The 2014 Eclipse most certainly has a proper wow factor about it and is truly stunning in it’s overall appearance.

This stylish unit has a large test/silencer button and low battery warning. Large central test & silence button makes weekly testing and silencing easy Ionisation sensor provides early warning of fast flaming fires that may spread rapidly and burn without producing thick smoke. Low battery warning signal Replaceable battery included lasts 12 months in normal conditions Comes complete with instruction manual. This item is NCC approved and certified to BS EN 14604:2005.

Fusion is the market leader in chassis solutions fusing intelligent design, innovative thinking and engineering expertise.
FireAngel CO-9B CO Alarm - battery powered carbon monoxide detector providing early warning alarm to the dangers of carbon monoxide in your caravan or holiday home. This unit has a large test button and includes an LED display showing a green light when alarm is functioning correctly and a red light if the battery is running low. Comes complete with instruction manual. This item is NCC approved and Certified to BS EN 50291:2001 The fire safety devices fitted to the Holiday home safeguarding the occupants should be checked on a weekly basis. In addition the 5A 34B C 1kg Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher should be replaced after five years and the gauge checked periodically to ensure the pressure is correct. In addition to having correctly functioning alarms fitted, there are important precautions you can take to keep you and your family safe when busy in the cooking area: • Always take extra care with hot oil. • Avoid leaving children alone in the kitchen when cooking. • Make sure you keep matches and saucepan handles out of children's reach to keep them safe. Other common fires can be prevented by following these steps: • Make sure that candles are in secure holders and never leave them unattended. • Do not overload electrical sockets. • Make sure cigarettes are stubbed out properly and disposed of carefully and NEVER smoke in bed.

Trace Heating
En vironm ental Awareness
As part of Arronbrook Leisure homes drive to introduce new products into the market, we now offer an option to have trace heating fitted to frost protect the water pipes underneath the holiday home which can avoid the need to drain down your system and extend the rental period of the home. As the winters are gradually getting more harsh an increased number of holiday homes are becoming uninhabitable due to frozen water pipes. This is a real issue for the home owner as the most serious problems don’t happen until the pipe thaws and the true extent of the damage and cost is known. The trace heating system uses a self regulating heating cable designed for use on plastic pipe, it is then switched through a central thermostat set to switch on at 5°C. Being self regulating the cable can’t over heat and also makes running costs extremely low. The system will protect your pipes down to -20°C so you can have peace of mind even in the coldest winters. *The operation of the trace heating is entirely dependent upon continuous electricity supply. Check with your supplier to ensure the electricity supply is maintained during the winter season including park closure periods.
