Introduction

This is a story of a man and a woman who had a dream and were by a stroke of luck owners of a 200 acre farm in the blue ridge mountains of north Carolina. Chris and Mary Hutchins became interested in tiny home living when they were married in the late nineteen eighties. There first house went up in 1987 and the couples fascination with tiny houses was born. By the early 199os the one house grew to two and the tiny home concept was born.

The Beginning.

This is when the couple met tiny home builder John Shuford. Shuford builds tiny homes in California. Chris met john at a tiny home exhibit in Asheville and the tiny homes campground story began.

Voice And Tone Playfulness

Education

One of the main aspect of the Tiny Homes campground is the playfulness of the campground. Tiny homes has went to great lengths to create a pl;playful family atmosphere and the brand needs to reflect that idea of playfulness in any stories designs and or new assets created for the campground.

From the cost of building and maintaining of a tiny home to how easy it can be to lower your carbon footprint and even move off of the grid entirely. Style Campground Style The style of the campground is a combination of nature

and playfulness with a little cartoon illustration to top it off. The idea behind this style is designed to reach the inner child in all of us. The customers visit at Tiny Homes Campground should be one that fulfills child hood dreams and brings out eh inner child that many adults are looking for today. The experience of camping at the Tiny Homes campground is not only an adventure in fun but it is also a period of major change in some peoples lives, so the style reflect the excitement of making larges life changing decisions.

Logo use

The logo can be use effectively in many different aspect concerning the brand. Adhering to the few simple rules in this style guide will ensure that the brand will live on for many years to come. 1. Always use the logo with the correct colors 2. Never reduce the size of the logo smaller than 1 inch in width 3. Never use the logo disproportionately. 4. The Name Tiny Homes and the word campground should always be included in the logo. 5. The logo should always accompany any asset that is part of the brand.

Print Media

Any print media created for the campground should adhere to the typographic hierarchy. Lithos Pro Black for the header of any document or as the stand alone font in items such as stickers or hats or t-shirts. Lithos Pro Regular should be used as a subhead in any print document where there will be any body copy. Finally the body copy font should always be Helvitica Regular. This will maintain the look and feel of the brand and help tie every asset together.

natural scenery that evokes a look that is in line with the brand identity. The backgrounds should contain blue skies, trees, shrub and anything with rustic and natural feel to it.

Mascot

HELLO MY NAME IS TINY !

Lets meet tiny, Tiny is the campgrounds mascot. He may show up any where. Tiny gives out stickers, brochures, key chains and glow stick to adults and children. Tiny is also available for birthday party and special events. He has also been know to show up at schools, sporting events and parks. The more tiny is used the better. Tiny is a workaholic and his potential is up to you.

Tiny loves children of all ages. The company’s guerrilla marketing cam-

paign consists of using tiny the tiny home at events and gatherings to give out stickers, brochures, and products related to the tiny homes campground.

There are hundreds of assets that can be created for thentiny home campground. However there are a few things to keep in mind when creating future assets for the company. Any assets created should be in the colors provided. Any assets should contain the logo so that there is no doubt that the asset is part of the brand.

Campground Entrance Sign

The campground entrance sign is the first thing the campers see when they arrive at the campground. For this reason it is one of the most important assets in the entire brand. The sign reflect the graphic style of the brand and is inviting. It eases the customers mind and speak of fun times in the future for the camper.

Campsite Markers

The campsite marker is a important asset in the campground brand. They provide highly visible signage to help the customer locate the proper campsite. They also are an important aspect of the brand because it mimics the logo and because of this the sign help ingrain the image of the brand into the minds of the customers.
