On June 4, 2020: most people in the world, companies, organizations, and more participated in a moment of silence for George Floyd, for 8 minutes and 46 seconds - to mirror the time-frame that he was in distress, struggling and pleading for his life at the hands of the police officers who restrained him, in Minneapolis. Many protests have been held all over the world following this incident and a call to action to investigate many other cases that involved black lives that were lost.
