BUILDING UPDATES
AIR CONDITIONING HAS SWITCHED OFF!
As we enter a transitionary period to cooler weather in the Fall, the A/C to Units has been switched off further to Toronto City By-Laws, which require A/C only to September 14th annually.
While the nights begin to cool down, the days remain warm and so we have not yet turned on the Heating to the building. If you should find your Unit to be above a reasonable temperature, please submit a Work Order on ourwebsiteat: www.centennial-place.ca
In the meantime, we encourage residents to open the Bedroom windows for fresh air and forthebuildingtocooldown.
Centennial Place Residence has recently completed the installation of electronic packagelockersthroughLuxer One.
This system will improve the speed of your deliveries and eliminate second and third delivery attempts altogether. This package system eliminates our Front Desk Staff as a third-party acceptor of packages on behalf of our community members entirely, reducing concernsaboutlostpackages.
